This rod has been developed to handle modern commercial fishing while remaining light and responsive.

Using data collected on the previous MTX3, we have redesigned key sections increasing the strength and stiffness of the V2 model.
Made from high-quality carbon fiber and Japanese resins.
Designed as a versatile match rod, ideal for commercials or silver fishing.
All rods are built on the same mandrel, making the range fully interchangeable between existing MTX rods and redesigned V2 models.
Features include our MST layering technology, Glide tape finish and reinforced 1k carbon weave joints.
No3 and No4 sections are equipped with Matrix protective cones.
All top kits are fitted with PTFE bushes and our rotating side extractors.
EVA bungs are fitted to all mini-extensions to prevent damage to the poles.
