NAVTEX PC - MESSAGE AND WEATHER RECEIVER FOR PC

The Navtex for PC from Nasa Marine is an international broadcasting system for maritime safety information under the GMDSS (Maritime Distress and Safety System Mondial ). Reception is by radio on the dual-frequency Navtex, on 490kHz (in the language of the country you are sailing near) and 518 kHz (in English only).

This device is equipped with a zone selection system that allows you to choose a zone to receive safety bulletins only in that zone and thus avoid being polluted by safety messages that do not concern your navigation zone. In addition, a green LED indicates when messages are received.

The Navtex receives all messages even when the computer is turned off. In addition, the unit stores messages that can be viewed easily with the software provided.

This device is delivered with a software, a dual frequency antenna and a cable.
