The Biscay Deep Shad and Biscay Coast Shad swim with an action that perfectly mimics that of a forage fish. The super soft body is attached to the head with a screw and the VMC® hook is perfectly hidden in the anti weed slot of the soft part of the lures. On strike, the lures crush and release the hook tip for an exceptional strike rate. The combined weight of the head and body allows you to cast farther - even in windy conditions - and fish faster in rough water, which is great when an aggressive presentation is required. The high shape of the lures produces a pronounced rolling action at all retrieve speeds and the anti-weed design is ideal for prospecting areas of seaweed and rocks where predators hunt.
