Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be returned :

in their original condition\n
with their original packaging\n
with tags intact\n

We recommend that you do not remove the tags and that you do not soil or use the items before deciding to return them.

If the original packaging is no longer available, please contact our customer service department before sending anything back to obtain the appropriate instructions.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

personalized products (e.g., jerseys with flocking and/or badges)

modified products (e.g., tennis rackets)

food products

How to Request a Return?

From your customer account, access the returns section and follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Depending on the type of order and your location (mainland France), a prepaid return label may be offered to you when you submit your return request.

However, if an item is defective or does not conform to the order, and after validation by our customer service department, a prepaid return label may be provided to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date your return is received and processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges (size, color, or model).

How to make a return ?

You can make your return directly from your customer account, in the \" My Orders \" section.

Steps to follow :

Processing times

Returns can take up to 15 calendar days to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.
Once the return is validated, the refund can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

Order refunds are processed via the original payment method. We cannot change your bank details.

If your new card is linked to the same bank account as your old card, the refund will be processed as usual.

After sending your return

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, remember to keep the drop-off informations, including :

proof of postage
date of shipment
tracking number
carrier

This information may be requested if needed.

Processing times

Upon receipt of your package, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing
Once validated, the refund will be issued and you will receive an email notification

Refund conditions

The refund will only be issued if the return conditions are met and via the refund method chosen when creating your return request.

Otherwise :

the return may be refused
no refund will be issued
you will be notified by email

Please note : Our company reserves the right to refuse your return if the return conditions are not met. Your order/product will not be refunded, and you will also be notified by email.

It is therefore not possible to:

to add items
to change the size or colour of an item

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Each order is processed independently by our logistics system and cannot be merged with another.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet been shipped.

To do so, contact our customer service department using the contact form, specifying your order number.

Processing time

Cancellation requests are not automatic and require processing by our team.

It is therefore important to contact us as soon as possible.

My order has already been shipped, what should I do ?

If your order has been shipped before your request has been processed, several options are available :

Home delivery

You can refuse the package from the delivery driver.

The order will be automatically returned to us, at no cost to you.

Delivery to a pickup point

Simply do not collect the package.

It will be automatically returned after the holding period expires.

Package already received

If you have already received your order :

Absence at Home Delivery

If you have chosen home delivery and are not home when the delivery driver arrives, don't worry.

Depending on the carrier, you may be contacted the day before delivery (by text message, email, or phone call) to inform you of the delivery window.

If you are not home, the driver has several options :

Leave your package directly in your mailbox (if it is large enough)
Leave a delivery notice in your mailbox

In this second case, you can pick up your package :

either at the nearest post office
or at the pickup point indicated on the delivery notice

Important

If your package is available at the pickup point and you do not collect it within the time frame specified by the carrier, the package will be returned to our logistics warehouse.
