IR LIGHTING KIT / INFRARED ILLUMINATOR

The IR lighting kit SIONYX includes all the tools you need to enhance the use and performance of the Aurora camera family.

The key component is the 940 nm, 5 W LED infrared illuminator. This IR torch is specifically designed for the Aurora sensor for a perfect balance of colour and brightness to identify targets up to 150 metres and recognise targets well beyond that.

The included 25 mm flashlight mount allows you to attach the infrared torch to any standard Picatinny 1913 rail. For added flexibility and extended use, SIONYX has also developed a custom Picatinny rail with a 1/4-20 mm screw that can be attached to the bottom of the Aurora cameras, allowing you to connect the IR torch directly to the Aurora.

The IR torch operates with a single rechargeable 18650 lithium battery for 2 hours of continuous runtime. The kit comes with an extra battery and a USB charger to keep you running all night. All these items are packed in a weather-resistant hard case with custom-cut foam.
