Probe Garmin panoptix ps30

With Panoptix Down, view bottom structure, fish and even your lures in real time and in 3D, even when the boat is not moving. Panoptix Down offers 3 outstanding view modes: LiveVü Down, RealVü 3D Down and RealVü 3D Historical.

LIVEVÜ DOWN

Provides a traditional 2D fishfinder image in real time. This mode allows you to see the echoes of fish swimming toward and away from the boat, clearly distinguish small targets from larger ones, and even allows you to see the movement of your lure.

REALVÜ 3D DOWN

See what's happening around your boat in 3D, even when the boat is stationary. The data displayed is refreshed with each pulse of the sounder.

REALVÜ 3D HISTORICAL

Allows you to detect fish and display the underwater landscape when your boat is moving. This display mode allows you to see fish and submerged structures throughout the water column in 3D.

LiveVü Down

displays a traditional-looking, real-time 2D image of everything that's happening under the boat. With LiveVü Down mode, you can see the echoes of fish swimming toward or away from the boat. This display mode allows you to clearly distinguish between small targets and larger specimens and even allows you to see the movements of your lure.

With RealVü 3D Down, you can see what's going on around your boat in 3D, even when the boat is not moving. Bottom structure or fish, nothing escapes you.
Finally, the RealVü 3D historical mode allows you to display a 3D image of the underwater world while you are sailing. This display mode allows you to see fish and submerged structures throughout the water column in 3D.

Seeing is believing!

With Panoptix, you can see everything under your boat in great detail. This Garmin-exclusive technology gives you a real-time, 3-D view of the underwater terrain beneath your boat's hull and lets you spot fish in the entire water column. Panoptix also allows you to see the animation of your lure as it approaches the boat and the fish that follow it.
Panoptix technology is so amazing that the easiest way to see it is to try it! Comes with transom mount kit¹.

The PS31 Forward transducer should be installed in an out-of-water location when boat speed exceeds 17 knots (32 km/h). If the transducer is placed below the waterline, Garmin strongly recommends that you avoid speeds above 22 knots (40 km/h). Above this speed, water can press down on the transducer, causing it to splash or rotate on its mount. Garmin recommends that you install the transducer in a sturdy enough location and carefully consider the positioning of the transducer to avoid damage to the boat. If in doubt, consult a licensed marine installation professional.
