And while it doesn't reach the extreme distances achieved by a full-size Big Pit reel, or the Baitrunner "Big" models, you'll be more than impressed by its performance. Available in 3 sizes, the largest 10000 is an excellent reel for large environments, the 8000 is perfect for medium-sized waters and the smallest 6000 has a double handle and is a superb reel for specialized fishing. Whichever you choose, you're sure to be impressed by the increased performance. The Baitrunner X-Aero usesAero Wrap II and 2-speed oscillation for near-perfect line management on the spool. The perfect line wrap, combined with a friction-reducing AR-C spool, further enhances the impressive casting distances achieved with the Baitrunner X-Aero. Inside the black and silver hybrid body is a perfectly aligned mechanics of gears and armoured A-RB bearings. They give the Baitrunner X-Aero the smoothness and power you expect from a Shimano, while contributing to the retrieval of almost a metre of line per turn of the crank.
