The HELIX 8 CHIRP GPS G4N has an 8-inch display, a special XD deep-sea sensor and a GPS.
Like all HELIX G4N models, the HELIX 8 includes standard features such as AutoChart Live, Wi-Fi and NMEA 2000®, in addition to Bluetooth® and Ethernet for compatibility with the One-Boat Network ™ family of products from Humminbird, Minn Kota and Cannon.
AutoChart Live: Create real-time maps of your fishing locations. Plot depth contours, bottom hardness and vegetation as you drive your boat, with eight hours of built-in recording time.
Ethernet networking: High-speed Ethernet lets you create a powerful, professional-level fishing system. Easily connect multiple fishfinders and/or electric motors and upgrade to additional technologies such as Minn Kota's i-Pilot, 360 Imaging and CHIRP radar.
Bluetooth: Enable features like wireless software updates from the Humminbird FishSmart app and keep your phone in your pocket by displaying notifications on your handset Humminbird. You can also take control of your most used features with the optional Bluetooth remote (RC2).
Integrated NMEA 2000 Network: Connect an accessory NMEA 2000 network to your control head for even more information; from boat performance to weather and water conditions, make sense of it all with NMEA 2000 networking.
