The Prodding Stick Kit is made up of three elements that, when assembled, allow you to probe to a depth of up to 4.5 metres. With its special spike-shaped tip you will be able to accurately determine the composition of the bottom you are probing. By pushing it firmly into the bottom you can use your Prodding Stick Kit as a marker that will allow you to deposit your mounts and to prime your spots with great precision.
The lower part of the stick has holes in the bottom to avoid the harmful effects of the pressure of moving water. The central part, which is solid, can be extended thanks to the additional elements available separately and the lengths reached with these additional elements make it easier to sound and mark the bottom in deep water. The upper part of the stick is equipped with a floating handle in a bright orange colour so that you can find your markers with the naked eye from the shore so that your casts and baits are always as accurate as possible.
